Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused BOLDE Bottle in its original packaging, ensuring all components are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
